Job Description
TamkeenTech is seeking a talented and driven Backend Software Engineer to join our growing development team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain high-performance backend systems that power intelligent digital solutions for clients across industries. You'll work alongside a team of passionate engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver impactful, scalable applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop secure, efficient, and scalable backend services and APIs.
- Integrate third-party APIs and internal systems.
- Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to define and ship features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in backend development.
- Proficiency in one or more backend languages (Node.js, Python, Java, etc.).
- Experience with RESTful API design and integration.
- Strong knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL).
